My Therapy Specialities

  • SAFE EMDR

SAFE EMDR stands for Somatic and Attachment Focused Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing—It’s a form of therapy that helps your brain heal from trauma.

When something overwhelming or traumatic happens, our brains don’t always get a chance to fully process it. It can feel like memories get “stuck”. EMDR gently helps your brain unstick these memories and emotions. Many people find EMDR to be quite effective and can often lead to faster results than traditional talk therapy.

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

It’s an empowering approach to therapy, that emphasizes working that is meant to help you build a life that feels meaningful. It teaches you how to stop fighting your inner world and work with your emotions and values.

  • Emotionally Focused Therapy

EFT is an attachment-based therapy and helps you understand and work through emotional patterns that keep you feeling stuck. It focuses on your relationships, especially with yourself, and explores how the past experiences shape your present.

For EFT-C (Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples) is designed to create a more secure connection between partners. It helps partners understand their deeper attachment needs and identifying patterns that show up in their relationship that creates disconnection.
