Let’s Start This Journey Together
Caitlin Schrage
About me and my work
I’m so glad you’re here. I am Caitlin, I’m looking forward to potentially having the opportunity to work with you.
For more than 13 years, I’ve worked in various roles supporting adults with mental health, substance use challenges, and those navigating being houseless, as well as working in inpatient settings with individuals in acute mental health distress. All of these experiences solidified my belief that all people are worthy and capable of healing.
If you’re experiencing feelings of anxiety, depression, fertility challenges, issues in pregnancy, postpartum, or the lingering impact of trauma, you’re not alone. I’m here to support you in making sense of these experiences, finding balance, and reconnecting with yourself in a way that feels authentic and meaningful.
My goal is to walk alongside you, helping you navigate life’s challenges with more ease, self-compassion, and clarity. Healing is possible and I would be honored to be part of your journey.
About my personal self
I am a Chicago native and have been in the Portland area since 2017. I am a white, cis-gendered female, and I am a mother to two beautiful little kiddos. I have my Bachelor of Fine Arts in painting/drawing. Creativity for me looks different than it used to, lately that looks like making collaborative art projects or doing imaginative play. When I’m not doing that, I am enjoying a good slice of pizza and getting outside whenever I can (hiking, biking, and exploring).
